Q: When I'm shopping and I add items to the cart, my stuff is not staying in the shopping cart.
A: BikeParts.com Motorsports uses a cookie to keep track of the items added and removed from your shopping cart. You will need to enable your cookies in order to purchase from us. After you have modified your browser setting to accept cookies, you should be able to add items to your shopping cart and checkout. Here's how to change the settings on Internet Explorer and Netscape:
  • Internet Explorer 4: In the Tools Menu, select Internet Options. Click on the Advanced tab, and change the setting to Accept all Cookies.
  • Internet Explorer 5: In the Tools Menu, select Internet Options. Click on the Security tab, then on the Custom Level Button. Change allow cookies to Enabled.
  • Netscape: In the Edit Menu, select Preferences. Click on Advanced, and select Accept all Cookies.

    Q: Why is the checkout asking me for a login and password?
    A: If you have made an order before with us, then we have stored your billing information from your previous order. You will need to use your login and password from your previous order in order to access this feature. The login for all accounts on our site will always be your E-mail address, and the password you chose when you make your first order. If you do not have a login and password, then simply create a new account.

    Q: I forgot my password, can you please send it to me?
    A: If you have forgotten the password for your account, go to the Retrieve Password page, enter your E-mail address in the box, click Submit, and it will be E-mailed to you.

    Q: What's my tracking number?
    A: BikeParts.com Motorsports uses United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service for shipping (Military orders must choose USPS), we provide you this tracking number via an email when the item is shipped. You can either call us at 916 381-1797 (10-6 Mountain Standard Time, Mon-Sat), or E-mail Customer Service if you did not receive a shipping number or have lost the one that was provided.

    Q: How can I check on the status of my Order?
    A: You can find out your motorsport order information by logging into our motorsports website, click here to login. Bicycle orders, click here. You can also check status by calling us at 916 381-1797 (10-6 Mountain Standard Time, Mon-Sat), or E-mailing Customer Service. Order status information is not available online through our site at this time, however You can track pakages through www.UPS.com and www.USPS.com with the tracking number we provide you.

    Q: What are my Shipping Options while Shopping Online?
    A: U.S. orders are shipped either UPS Ground, UPS 3Day Select, UPS 2nd Day or U.S. Postal Service Priority (recommended). Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of your items.

    Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?
    A: When you view a specific item, if it is out of stock, you will not be able to place the item in your shopping cart. If the item is out of stock, you will have the option on the specific item page to be emailed when the item is back in stock.

    Q: How secure is my transaction?
    A: When you check out, all of your ordering information that you submit to us is secure, using SSL Encrypted Technology. You can see this by checking out the bottom left hand corner of your browser. You will see a complete key if you use Netscape or a locked padlock in Explorer.     Q: Can I change or cancel an order after it's been submitted?

    Q: How do I Price Match a product on the Web?
    A: To Price Match an item when you are ordering via the Web, simply give us the item, the price and where you saw this price. It must be a Nationally advertised price and if you see it on a Web Site, please include the URL. If you are matching a price from a catalog or magazine, please include the issue.

    Q: How do I return an item to BikeParts.com Motorsports?
