Prices and Ordering

Availability: All products are subject to availability and prior sale. Prices on our website are in effect until they are removed from the pages. BikeParts.com Motorsports is not responsible for any errors appearing in our website. All orders are subject to acceptance by BikeParts.com Motorsports.

Adjustments: We will always contact you regarding any unexpected delays, backorders, or differences in pricing. Adjustments to pricing and shipping rates can be completed on your order even after the order has already been processed.

Payment: Our online catalog prices are in U.S. currency. Our Secure Online Order Processing accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Price Protection: If we lower the price on any item within fifteen days from purchase, BikeParts.com Motorsports will gladly refund the difference upon request.

Sales Tax: If your order is shipped to a Sacramento County, California address, a 4.2% sales tax for the merchandise is charged. If your order is shipped to a California address other than in Sacramento County, a 3% sales tax will be charged. There is no tax implied on service, shipping, or products delivered outside of California.

Tracking Shipments

Orders are sent via United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service Priority. All military addresses will be shipped 1st Class Mail. You will be e-mailed a Tracking Number (UPS) or Confirmation number (USPS) on the day your product is shipped. Keep this number, you will need it to track your order.

Security

BikeParts.com uses a Secure Server for all order processing.

BikeParts.com has a secure ordering environment that we stand behind. If it were not for the low incidence of Internet fraud we would be hesitant to use this form of payment processing. All personal information submitted during the ordering process is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer encryption technology.

In order to properly use and take advantage of this technology you must possess a browser that accepts SSL encryption. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is an encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator and Communicator (versions 6.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (versions 5.0 and above), and AOL (AOL 5.0 and above).

Back Orders

Due to limited availability of some of the products we sell, a particular item may be out of stock. If this causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, BikeParts.com Motorsports will pay postage on all shipments after the first one.

Warranties

Manufacturer's Warranties: All items in BikeParts.com Motorsports are covered by a specific manufacturers warranty. For an item to be covered by the manufacturer, the item must be defective and these defects must be a result of normal use or manufacturing. Damage from accidents, misuse, poor installation, and racing are not covered under manufacturers warranties. Make sure to keep a copy of your invoice for proof of purchase. Shipping in both directions are not covered under any warranty.

BikeParts.com Warranty: BikeParts.com Motorsports extends each Manufacturer's Warranty to the original purchaser for the original merchandise only. If you feel that you may have a product that meets the criteria for a Manufacturers Warranty, please contact BikeParts.com Motorsports at 916 381-1797. Returns, Exchanges and Order Cancellations

BikeParts.com guarantees satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may exchange it for another item or receive a refund.

  1. If you wish to cancel your order, you may receive a full refund. Just remember to please contact us as quickly as possible so the item does not ship prior to cancellation.

  2. All returns for refund, replacement, or exchange may be returned within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked! Please call us at 916 381-1797 or email us at Motorsports@BikeParts.com for a return authorization number prior to shipping the item(s) back to us. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for returned items unless we are at fault for shipping you the wrong items(s). Any items returned after 30 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

  3. All returns must be shipped via insured UPS Ground or United States Postal Service.

  4. Allow for one full billing cycle for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

U.S Shipping and Handling Policies

All orders are typically shippped within 48 hours. BikeParts.com will not ship United Parcel Service to P.O. Boxes. If you want your item shipped to a P.O. Box, please choose United States Postal Service Priority.

All Internet Orders must be received by 4:00PM EST, Mon.-Fri. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

All backorders are shipped by Ground Shipping or First Class Mail only. If you have paid for faster service, your credit card will be refunded the appropriate amount.

All military orders must be shipped by U.S.P.S. (4-8 business days).

Heavier and oversize orders may be subject to higher shipping rates. You will be notified if there are changes in your billing amount.

Shipping charges are derived from shipping, handling, and insurance fees.

Yes, we ship to U.S. Military in Afghanistan and Iraq. We ship to any APO and FPO addresses!
